Frank Nsikak is a graduate Accountant with 60% Phlegmatic and 40% Melancholic temperamental personality. He is an Educational Consultant and a Computer Trainer who teaches interested people about computers and ICT. He has been doing this for the past 10 years. He is dedicated to classroom management duties and analytical prowess. He looks forward to transferring his knowledge to many young graduates who would want to venture into self-reliant jobs like acquiring computer and ICT knowledge.

Frank ventured into his line of business to educate young minds on the present trends of computers and Information, and to make them go global in their skills. His plan came to fruition in 2018. He affirms that the business is lucrative. He further explains that having computer skills is what is trending in this era and there is no company that does not implement the use of computers and Information Communication Technology.

He began his business with a startup capital of two hundred thousand naira (200,000). The business has experienced a surge in demand for training, particularly since the outbreak of COVID-19, which has forced many businesses to operate online. This has resulted in a reduction in costs and human resources, leading to an increase in income. Last year, Frank and his team were hired to train Law students at the University of Uyo, which opened up more opportunities for training. They are presently training another group of 50 Microbiology students from the same university on Entrepreneurial Studies (GST 221), and are seeking out other institutions for similar training engagements.

The low points recorded in this business are the none availability of a power supply for his computer systems to ease one-on-one system usage; a limited number of computers for usage by trainees, and lack of space to accommodate the numerous students that register for training.

Frank affirms that he had thought about giving up in the face of challenges during the first two years of his business. His company recorded a low turnout of students which nearly tempted him to abandon the initial plan he had for his business.

He does not work alone, he has employees working for him and his business is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission under the name Clemdon Educational Services located at located at No.17 Ekpanya Street, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. The business has a team of experts who handles different responsibilities. The team is made up of 6 workers ranging from the CEO, Registrar, Administrator, two tutors and a Graphics Designer.

He acknowledges MCZee Computers at Ikpa Road, Mindset Computers at Uniuyo first gate, and Aptech Computer Education at Ikot Ekpene Road as his business mentors. Policymakers and investors can assist Frank with funds to purchase more desktop computers to ease his training session, and also help him relocate to a spacious office that will accommodate new trainees.

According to Frank, his business maintained a business record that helped them to measure their economic trend. The idea was learned from MEGP and DECO 2022 training, though his company was not selected for Small Business Equipment during the training, he believes that this opportunity will benefit his company.
